How do I submit a warranty claim through the Warranty Center?
To submit a wheel or tire warranty claim, visit our Warranty Center and have your order number and photos of the defect ready before starting.
To submit a warranty claim for your Anthem Off-Road wheels or tires:
- Visit the Warranty Submission Center at anthemwheels.com/warranty
- Select the Wheel Warranty Claim or Tire Warranty Claim option
- Fill out the form with as much detail and supporting photos as possible
- Submit and our team will follow up with next steps
Warranty items must be purchased from our store, claims are for the original purchaser only, and any local repairs may void the warranty.
